Gentle Flow is a beginner-friendly practice. Offering lots of modifications, Gentle Flow is about relaxing into your body through breath and movement. This class is a mixture of slow flow and classic hatha. A good class to learn the basics or go a little deeper.

This blend of gentle and restorative yoga and meditation practices is like no other class at Quiet. The first and last intention of this class is to "be still and know". We will use our bodies in postures and perhaps some gentle flow, but this meditation heavy class will be focused more on our minds and spirits. Come participate in a "ministry of presence" and feed your spirit.
