Yoga Therapy

While all forms of yoga have the potential to be therapeutic, or move us towards greater health, yoga therapy is a highly personalized one-on-one session. In a yoga therapy session, both physical and emotional challenges can be addressed. But the ultimate intention of a yoga therapy session is holistic self development of body, mind and spirit. Each 60-minute session is unique but may include breathing techniques, mindfulness training and movement. Yoga therapy is effective for alleviating anxiety, working with depression, spiritual development as well as rehabbing physical injuries.
